This hotel has a great location, super close to the metro and just a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, perfect for crashing after a day of exploring munich.
The double room we had was a bit small and couldve used a chair or table. The walls were thin, so we could hear some noise from the other rooms.

I really enjoyed beautifully decorated and reasonably large room here.
Booked a room with a shower.

Just a reliable pick for a holiday in Munich with good value. The staff were friendly and let us store our bags until the room was ready. There's a nice café nearby for breakfast that's worth checking out.

very close to downtown area!
The room was right on a busy street. Noise all night, had to close window to get any sleep. No air conditioning and room had light curtains with no thick curtain or roulandens to keep light out at night.

Consider bringing ear plugs for a more pleasant sleep, as noise from other guests can be disruptive at night.

Fairly clean, simple hotel with amazing and fantastic location in the immediate area. Location short walk to a metro station and plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping in the area, the center and an awesome mall that lead to the Glockenspeil.

Beds are big and comfortable, even in the single rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Refridgerator and free bottle of mineral water in the room. Washer and dryer for laundry available for a fee. Superb location and extremely low price!
This isn't, strictly speaking, a hotel. It's more of an apartment building where some of the rooms are run as a hotel. From the signs printed and taped to the doors and in the hallway, the room next to mine seems to have been being used as some sort of Korean Christian meeting place, which turned out not to be a problem from a noise perspective. However it did seem a bit odd. Showers are very old style, just a handheld nozzle in the tiny bathroom with a curtain and a drain in the floor. Again this didn't turn out to be a problem, just kind of weird.

Location was ideal, only a 5/10 minute walk to the city centre. Room was clean and comfortable with modern decor and facilities. Rooms were celaned every day too. Would definitely recommend this place to stay as a budget hotel.
There was unusually warm weather whilst we were there and we had to sleep with the windows open- it was very loud, right on a mian road so don't expect a good nigths sleep if you leave the windows open! The reception is only open until 11pm so don't know what we would have done if our flights was delayed, we didnt arrive until 10.45pm so there was stress trying to find it in time!! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The room furniture is old, and no thick curtain in the window which made difficult to sleep morning time.

Good intentions, flawed execution
Superb location near attractions and public transport! The staff were accommodating, even rearranging my reservation disruptions!
The room felt old and cramped and was not properly cleaned , leaving much to be desired.

The location was fantastic. Very easy to see the city from that point.Plenty of good restaurants nearby... Try "Faun"...!!The room was comfortable...but the one we had was a bit noisy outside...so do not plan to sleep in late. The staff was not too friendly however...but overall we would stay there again.
The staff was not too friendly...although they did assist when approached. I would liked to have had a key card entry to building for added security. Would also have liked to have free coffee or refreshment in the lobby area...

The rooms include an ensuite bathroom, a basic necessity. Convenience-wise, it's located smack in the middle of Oktoberfest and Marienplatz-perfect for wandering to the festivities or city sights.
Rooms are prohibitively small, barely accommodating two people, especially with luggage. The lack of air conditioning makes it a sweaty affair, and sound insulation is non-existent. You can hear every creak and bang in the hallways. The showers are cramped, forcing an awkward angle to navigate. The overall vibe is more on the outdated side, with a distinct feeling of wear-and-tear evident in the furnishings and fixtures.
